The Skigloo opening claims its first victims with temptation over temperance

The Skigloo is open for business! After several days frantic preparation the Skigloo invited its first guests yesterday and is now officially a force for bad if you are too gauge the reaction of those who have started the week in a wretched state. We opened the Skigloo with beer, schnaps and Jägermeister, offerings that proved to be temptation over temperance for many. All made it safely down the mountain although festivities appear to have continued long into the night in Innsbruck itself. The next party is set for Friday although it is not certain if those who had the pleasure of yesterdays hospitality could be persuaded by to return in just 4 days time. The next installment of the Skigloo is set to be a real hooter with a special guest appearance.

Glad to see the rewards have been reaped for all the hard work.
Will definately be looking for an invite near the end of the season. Will probably only bring a 2 man recon team as i don’t want you to have to ship in crates with your dodgy back!
Hey John, rest assured that if you can get over here then there will be sufficient beer for your hearts’ (if not your livers’)content waiting for you at the Skigloo. I really think that the Skigloo is a great addition to the après ski around Innsbruck and together with the Leuchtturm and Binis, there is a cracking night of après ski on offer around Axamer Lizum. Just checking on the prices in Binis but I heard of insane deals at happy hour over the weekend. As soon as I have some info I will let you know.
skigloo rocks !!!!!!!! (although there is still plenty of schnaps flowing through my veins
)
Am being inundated with begging emails from the Dice Man, asking if we can go to the Skigloo. He is gagging!
PS Do you have nibbles?
Look at Flo with all the ladies…it looks like he is the Tom Jones of Austria! The skigloo looks AMAZING!!
Hi Terri, no nibbles but that can easily be arranged. To be honest as the days get longer we are thinking of having a brazier out there to grill and get warm around. Terri and the dice man are very, very welcome.
Hey Cherie, many girls yes but as far as I know Flo only ended up with a hangover. I am not sure if he is the Tom Jones of Austria, more your ‘Bez on skis’.
Hey Mayra, has the blood returned to the veins yet? I believe you partied till pretty late. Tons of snow up in Axamer Lizum, let’s hope we can still find the Skigloo.
So its official, John M is heading over to the Tirol and expects the skigloo to be rocking on the 20th and 22nd March, I thought it wise to have a day off in between. Mayra has already expressed her desire to attend another day of extreme wellness.
If the ig loo passes a rigorous building inspection after recent snow, I’m a definate starter. Planned this holiday to get 2 sessions in the ig loo. Matt get digging!
wow, wow, wow….I would suggest you get one skigloo afternoon under the belt before you start planning a further visit. There were numerous casualties after the opening who are just now having the courage to venture back up the mountain. Mat and Flo are the only 2 to have returned to the skigloo since the opening and then it was in a purely recreational role.
