Winter 08-09 arrives in Austria

Heavy snow in the mountains around Innsbruck, with snow falling to around 1000m, just above the base station in our village of Gotzens. The Stubai Glacier is set for snow Saturday and then clear weather on Sunday. So begins 8 months of skiing
