ORDINO SKI HOLIDAYS

The ski holiday destination of Ordino – Arcalis is made up of the pretty Ordino with its cobbles streets, whilst Arcalis is the more remote and high altitude ski station. The ski station of Arcalis is located at an impressive 1940m whilst the skiing is the highest in Andorra and extends to 2625mOrdino. The result is the most snow sure ski holiday area in Andorra. The Arcalis ski area is small by any standards and offers just 26kn of ski pistes. The real beauty of Arcalis is that it is remote by Andorran standards and attracts few crowds. Ordino is located in an undeveloped and comparatively traffic-free valley that boasts numerous old and attractive villages.

The skiing in Arcalis is of limited size with just 26km of ski pistes but has an impressive 13 lifts. Beginners and intermediate skiers do best in Arcalis and the pistes are some of the least crowded in Andorra.
