AU-SCHOPPERNAU SKIING
The skiing in the Au-Schoppernau-Diedamskopf ski region is ideal for all but mile hungry intermediates. Beginners have a dedicated ski area at the base station in Schoppernau whilst the ski pistes within the ski area are generally good for intermediates. Unlike a number of other resorts in the Bregenzerwald ski region, the Au-Schoppernau-Diedamskopf ski area has a number of steep pistes, although these steep sections tend to be quite short in length. The off-piste in the Au-Schoppernau-Diedamskopf ski area is superb given the snow record. There is also a popular snowpark in the heart of the ski area. The Au-Schoppernau-Diedamskopf is part of the Bregenzerwald ski region and shares a ski pass with a number of ski areas.
