EHRWALD FAMILY SKI HOLIDAYS

Ehrwald is the biggest of the Zugspitz Arena ski holiday resorts and has a good range of accommodation and facilities for visitors. Facilities in Ehrwald are well geared to visiting families due to the popularity of the Zugspitz Arena ski region with families. The Zugspitz Arena and Ehrwald ski areas are very well suited to beginners and families with gentle terrain. The Ehrwalder Alm ski area has a large, dedicated beginners ski area located at the mid-station. The Zugspitz Arena ski region is very popular with Germans who drive across the border into the region - traffic on peak days can be heavy both in and around Ehrwald. Ski buses are often required to access the Ehrwald ski areas from much of the accommodation.
