FISS APRÈS SKI

Fiss offers possibly the best après ski in the combined Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski region. It has numerous mountain huts that given its reputation as a sunny plateau, are popular in the afternoons. Down at the base station there are several umbrella bars as well as the Hexenalm. The Hexenalm offers the best après ski in the area and from mid-afternoon the terrace is thronged with après ski revellers. Inside it is ski boots on tables and the rather peculiar past time of swinging the lamp shades. Watch out for the dj hanging by a rope from the rafters and the artificial rain showers; all pretty bizarre but certainly entertaining.

FISS APRÈS SKI INFORMATION

Ladis is the neighbouring ski holiday resort of Fiss and offers a number of bars at the base station as well as a couple of après ski bars in the resort itself. That said Ladis tends to be the quieter of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski holiday resorts. Serfaus, slightly further down the valley from Fiss and Ladis also has some ok après ski but is relatively upmarket and après ski is certainly fairly restrained and localised.
