Schlick is small resort which is well appropriate for skiers with all levels. For many freeriders Schlick is a insider-tip when there is fresh powder.

Fulpmes is a nice village, but also very quiet. There are some sport facilities, but also shops, restaurants and bars.

As predominatly familys stay there there are many options for them.

There is not much apres ski, and the apres ski bar in the resort close at 5, but you can continue in the valley, where you can find some bars.

The Schlick is not big, but great. The locals from Innsbruck know that, because especially after fresh powder you can have great off-piste action and tree skiing there. They even have a natural terrain park. Ok the Schlick and Fulpmes alone are little small but together with the Stubaier Glacier and the other skilifts in the Stubaital, you can really have fun there.

The Schlick is located at Fulpmes at the beginning of the Stubaital. Together with the Stubaier Glacier, you will sure get good snow in this region.
For some people the few minutes walking to the lift could be a problem, others will enjoy it and be already warmed before starting on skis.

Adequate lifts to nice slopes. Smallis but fun tree skiing ito the bowl from te top gondola station. The ski out to the mid station is a lovely criuse though too flat for snowbarders . I really liked the sense of remoteness and very rugged sceney . It reminded me of high alpine bowls i the Canadian Rockies ...though a little smaller in acereage!!

Very quiet and probably bi-passed because of the very close Stubaii glacier. Some may find it lacking in a party atmosphere but I find that is precisely its charm. Adequate facilities and okay prices. Try and get there usng the tram . I think it runs from Innsbruck through Mutters and is glorious.

We had no family at this point but we will take our daughter asap with great confidence or a relaxed safe trip .

If you include the Stubai Glacier then Fulpmes – Schlick is great for intermediates, on its own it is too small for adventurous intermediates. For beginners and families then Fulpmes – Schlick is great.

The local population helps give Fulpmes – Schlick a real authentic feel and keeps prices lower than many resorts.

Fulpmes – Schlick is a working town and has a good range of facilities. The kids ski club down the valley at the Stubai Glacier is one of the very best.

A couple of mountain huts and base station bars and good value but pretty relaxed in Fulpmes – Schlick really.
