GOSAU APRÈS SKI

Locally Gosau and the other Dachstein West ski holiday resorts offer some of the better après ski in the area. There are a number of umbrella bars located around the car parks and valley lift stations that serve up après ski, whilst the Dachstein West ski area hosts numerous mountains huts complete with sunny terraces from where to soak up some afternoon sun, a beer or two and enjoy the splendid scenery. The Dachstein West and Gosau ski region is popular with families and whilst the après ski is fairly lively early on, it is centred on the lift stations and the action tends to die down reasonably early.

Good early on around the lift stations and on the mountain but soon gets quiet.
