HINTERGLEMM THE RESORT

Hinterglemm is a leading regional resort and whilst it retains its village atmosphere it is a well-equipped. When combined with Saalbach then area is one of the leading resorts south of Salzburg. The pedestrianised centre is the focus of most of the entertainment activity. A number of lifts leave from various area of the resort and the beginners ski area is located just outside Hinterglemm. The atmosphere is noticeably more relaxed than the neighbouring Saalbach but Hinterglemm is still buoyant and lively, it just lacks the table dancing and a bit of the excess of its neighbour.

HINTERGLEMM RESORT INFORMATION

Hinterglemm enjoys a more relaxed atmosphere than Saalbach and whilst things are slightly less raucous, Hinterglemm still has a decent party spirit. Families will find Hinterglemm a better option than Saalbach, generally.
