The ski lift system

This is were it all started for me 32 years ago! this is my favorite ski area in the whole world. it is small and there are only 2 gondolas and 2 chair lifts, but the ski area offers some absolute fantastic off piste skiing. be aware though and don't just follow the tracks from the locals. a lot of the slopes on and off piste are very steep and not suited for beginners.

The kids ski school is very good and if your kids learn how to ski in this resort, they won't have any problems in any other ski area.

Limited lift system and almost no intermediate skiing but some of the best extreme off-piste and ski routes in the region.

Most using Innsbruck Nordpark stay in Innsbruck and that is one of the best locations in the Alps, although not a cosy ski resort in the traditional sense.
