KONIGSLEITEN THE RESORT

The ski-in, ski-out ski holiday resort of Konigsleiten is attractive, low-rise and offers excellent access to the ski pistes and the ski lifts. And very unusually for Austria, Konigsleiten offers ski-in, ski-out and chalet accommodation widely. Unlike many French resorts offering similar facilities, Konigsleiten is extremely attractive. Ski pistes cut through the resort and access to the Konigsleiten and Hochkrimml ski regions are offered via lifts below the main resort. Konigsleiten is not as big as the neighbouring Gerlos and lacks the big hotels that Gerlos boasts but it has a good range of accommodation and a fair range of facilities. There is a supermarket close to the centre of the resort to cater for the self catering chalets in Konigsleiten.

Ski-in, ski-out resort with attractive low rise chalets and a few hotels. Konigsleiten gets a lot of snow and is really pretty.
