KONIGSLEITEN SKIING

Konigsleiten has superb intermediate skiing and snowboarding as well as excellent and extensive off-piste terrain. The Zillertal Arena of which Konigsleiten is a part is absolutely superb for intermediate skiers and snowboarders and it is possible to ski far into the Zillertal Valley and Zell am Ziller from Konigsleiten in one day for those with some experience. Being a ski-in, ski-out resort, Konigsleiten has excellent access to and from the ski lifts whilst the height of 1600m and the regional snow record mean that Konigsleiten has great snow reliability. For beginners there is a dedicated learners area located in the centre of Konigsleiten, whilst the lift connected Hochkrimml offers wide and gentle slopes for beginner skiers.

Some of the best intermediate skiing you will find. Advanced on piste is more limited but there are huge off-piste areas, some between the lifts. Beginners have great access to the Hochkrimml area beneath Konigsleiten.
