KUHTAI SKI HOLIDAYS
Kuhtai occupies a high mountain pass in Sellrain that links the Inn valley to the Otztal valley. At 2020m Kuhtai is one of the highest ski resorts in Austria and as such boasts one of the best snow records. The valley location of Kuhtai is dramatic but is sometimes bleak in poor weather. The skiing is almost all beginner or intermediate with very little for the advanced skier. All the skiing is above the tree-line. The resort of Kuhtai is strung out along the main road and mainly consists of accommodation, with little beyond that. Kuhtai is very much a ski resort with a few remnants of the farming community that dominated the valley many years ago before the ski lifts arrived. Night skiing makes the resort pretty popular amongst locals.

KUHTAI SKI HOLIDAY INFO
The skiing in Kuhtai is all above the tree-line, is dominated by intermediate and beginner slopes and benefits from a great snow record. It is the highest and most snow-sure non-glacier area that is within easy reach of Innsbruck. Skiing takes place on both sides of the valley and most of the resort has great access from the slopes.
