LADIS FAMILY SKI HOLIDAYS

Ladis and the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region in general are rated as the best ski areas for families in the whole of Austria and possibly beyond. There are endless attractions both on and off the slopes and the Ladis in particular has a very relaxed feel to it. Families benefit from the gondola that runs up from Ladis allowing safe transit straight into the main beginners and family area, located between Fiss and Ladis. Here, at the lift mid-station are located the ski schools, the kids learning area and a restaurant. Weekly prize ceremonies are organised for the kids under the gaze of their parents and the instructors.

LADIS FAMILY SKI INFORMATION

The ski piste back into Ladis is ideal fro families as well, with a long and gentle piste running back down into Ladis. The other option is to download from the kids and beginners area at mid-station. The run also features a kids Indian style reservation with huts, Indian figures and accompanying sound. Ladis has reasonably light traffic although local traffic often moves between some of the outlying areas of the resort accommodation and the lift station. The lack of abundant ski-in, ski-out accommodation is one of the few draw-backs to Ladis as a family ski holiday destination.

Most of the instructors had good english but my 7 yo got one who didn't. Lots of child friendly ski-ing areas
