LERMOOS FAMILY SKI HOLIDAYS

The Lermoos and Zugspitz Arena ski areas are generally good for families and kids. The slopes are gentle and tree lined, giving better visibility in times of poor weather. The Lermoos ski area has a dedicated kids ski area as well as numerous mountain huts and the atmosphere is generally very relaxed. The Ehrwald ski area provides a neighbouring option for families with more gentle terrain on offer. One downside to the Zugspitz Arena for families is the heavy traffic with many German and Dutch visitors driving to the region; traffic can be heavy at peak times.
