MOLLTALER GLACIER SKI HOLIDAYS

The Molltaler Glacier is located in the southern Austrian province of Carinthia, close to the border with Salzburg. Guests to the Molltaler Glacier are most likely to stay in the ski holiday resort of Flattach or Mallnitz, although the underground funicular that accesses the Molltaler Glacier (the Molltaler Glacier Express) leaves from the nearby village of Innerfragant. The Molltaler Glacier has a decent range of ski pistes, totalling over 50km and the ski pistes tend to be well grouped into the various classifications. The Molltaler Glacier offers snow-sure terrain, whilst the Ankogel ski area is located just down the valley and the Gastein region, just though a car rail tunnel.
