NASSFELD FAMILY SKI HOLIDAYS
The superb lift system and the gentle slopes are a significant draw for family ski holidays. The beginners area located between the 2nd and 3rd sections of the millennium Express lift are located beneath the tree-line and the weather is poor the trees offer a good cover from the worst of the weather. The weather is another aspect of the Nassfeld ski holiday experience that families will enjoy; the area receives significantly more sun hours than Austrian resorts in the Northern Alps – some 100 hours in a winter season. The villages in the valley that serve Nassfeld are pretty relaxed and whilst there are no mega resorts in the region, facilities are pretty satisfactory for families.

NASSFELD FAMILY SKI INFORMATION
One of the drawbacks for families on ski holidays in Nassfeld is the fact that the one main lift and ski pistes is located at Tropolach and despite the fact that some accommodation is located close to the lift and ski piste, then most visitors to Nassfeld stay further afield and use the ski buses to ferry them to the skiing.
