PITZTAL GLACIER APRES SKI
Apres ski at the Pitztal Glacier is reasonable although the quick burst of action tends to fizzle out, rather like après ski at the Stubai Glacier. Straight after the lifts close then there are a number of bars pumping out apres ski music although a good number of those skiing at the Pitztal Glacier are located a drive away. This tends to mean that the apres ski action is fairly quick to die down. Within the area of St Leonhard that directly access the Pitztal Glacier there are a number of bars that go later into the evening and offer a good apres ski scene.
THE GOOD, THE BAD
We like:
Pretty ok early on
We don`t like:
Apres ski at the Pitztal Glacier dies off pretty quickly. Try Solden for apres ski and glacier skiing.

PITZTAL GLACIER APRES SKI INFO
Being the biggest ski holiday area in the Pitztal Valley, the Pitztal Glacier has the greatest number of skiers and apres ski is probably the best to be found in the Pitztal Valley. If you need the snow-sure reliability of glacier skiing and après ski thrown in then Solden, just across a glacier as the crow flies (or by road a real bind to get to) offers by far the better option. Solden is the apres ski king of Austria and therefore the world and has an impressive and extensive glacier skiing area.
