SCHLADMING THE RESORT
Schladming is historic with parts of the town centre dating back to the 14th century. The town (and it is a town rather than just a resort) is a working town where people work and live. Added to that, Schladming is one of the main regional winter sports destinations and has hosted the Ski World Championships, has a yearly FIS mens’, slalom race and is very much geared to the sport. With a good mix of visitors and locals, Schladming boasts a good range of facilities and entertainment. There is an attractive pedestrianised centre to Schladming, with many bars and restaurants.

SCHLADMING RESORT INFORMATION
Schladming at the heart of the connected ski area and the alternative ski resorts include Haus im Ennstal and Rohrmoos. Both resorts offers a more sleepy and traditional feel than Schladming and access the same ski area. Slightly more peripheral are the small resorts of Pichl and Gleiming.
