ST CHRISTOPH THE RESORT
The location of St Christoph is one of the most dramatic in the Arlberg. St Christoph is high, at 1700m and is situated on a valley pass. The valley is often banked in snow and looking down on the village from the ski pistes, the scenery can also seem contrived, with fluffy banked snow and pretty colourful hotels clustered in the village. The accommodation in St Christoph is all within easy access of the slopes due to the compact nature of St Christoph and all amenities in the village are within an easy and short walk. There are a number of famous and popular restaurants with big sunny terraces located at the bottom of the slopes, on the edge of the village that bring in many guests for lunch and provide drinks at the end of the day.
THE GOOD, THE BAD
We like:
Great upmarket hotels and access to the slopes
We don`t like:
Terrible new ‘Snowsports Austria’ building.

ST CHRISTOPH RESORT INFORMATION
Charming, with great access to the lifts and slopes and a wonderful location, St Christoph is on the whole a great location. There are a couple of drawbacks to the resort of St Christoph. The first and most obvious is the fact that the busy road between St Anton and the rest of the Arlberg runs straight through the village centre. Traffic is calmed but it can be heavy. Whilst the hotels in the village are impressive, with good facilities there is little outside of these in the village itself - entertainment and facilities are few beyond the hotels.
