On the mountain there are a number of popular mountain huts that play après ski music and the terraces can be busy in the afternoon sun. Further down the mountain in Zell am See, the pedestrianised centre has numerous bars and restaurants that party till late. The guest mix to Zell am See ensures that the après ski is both lively and international, with numerous bars promoting to different European roots.

Zell am See is a stylish ski resort but not stuffy and apres ski is widely available. Bars tend to follow national themes in Zell am See and there are many bars attracting groups from the international mix of visitors. In the region only Saalbach - Hinterglemm has après ski to compete with Zell am See. Between them they offer après ski about as it gets.
