LA TANIA SKI HOLIDAYS

La Tania provides quick access to the 3 Valleys ski areas of Meribel and Courchevel, and broadly offers better value than its more widely-known neighbours. La Tania is a purpose built resort but seems to have developed a good blend of convenience and aesthetics. The learner slopes in La Tania are located right in the heart of the resort and whilst not all the accommodation is strictly low-rise, the buildings tend to be limited in height and size than other resorts in the French Alps. The ski area above La Tania is not huge, but then nor is the resort and with access to the 3 Valleys ski area above Courchevel or Meribel, the location is ideal for a base close to the heart of the 3 Valleys ski region. Compared to Val Thorens and Les Menuires, La Tania is a beauty.

REVIEW RESORT AND WIN

LA TANIA SKI HOLIDAY INFO

The resort of La Tania is purpose built but attractively designed, whilst still being convenient. Ski-in, ski-out is available at much of the accommodation in La Tania and the main ski school area is located right in the centre of the village. La Tania is of limited size and lacks the facilities of other resorts on the 3 Valleys but that is the beauty of the place.
