LES DEUX ALPES FAMILY SKI HOLIDAYS

Families in Les Deux Alpes will enjoy the access to much of the accommodation from the slopes. Lifts leave many parts of the resort and access the many green slopes that are located just above Les Deux Alpes. There are pretty good facilities including leisure activities both indoor and outdoor and generally, Les Deux Alpes is a big resort with many amenities. Traffic is an usual problem in Les Deux Alpes. There is no through road in Les Deux Alpes and all traffic is local but despite this the traffic can be very heavy, particularly on weekends. The drawn out, ribbon nature of Les Deux Alpes means that much accommodation and the main walking routes are never far from the main road.

LES DEUX ALPES FAMILY SKI INFORMATION

Les Deux Alpes is located on a high mountain valley and can seem pretty barren. No more so than when the bad weather sets in. The ski area and the resort of Les Deux Alpes can be pretty inhospitable in times of poor weather. This isolation is not helped by the fact that there is very little in the locality in the way of distractions, the valleys in the area are sparsely populated and visitors to Les Deux Alpes have pretty much to take what is on offer at Les Deux Alpes.
