It was a great resort. I had been before with my father when i was a teenager, and it has changed a lot since then. Fantastic resort for an intermediate/advanced. There is a good choice of mountain resteraunts available. For snowboarders/inexperienced skiers, there are a lot of drag lifts! It is well conected with the surrounding resorts which made for great day trips. There was a fantastic torchlight decent on the Thursday evening wich was a fantastic experience.

The walk to my hotel from the bus on the first day was a bit long and steep, however, the resort itself is compact and the old part of towns is lovely.

I went ther by myself, but I went at the same time as two families that I knew, and they had a great time. Their children skiied with us, so I don;t know about ski school and so on, but the facilities for the kids were great!

Plenty to do in the evenings, and plenty of places to go. Plenty of bars at the bottom of the pistes for a drink after a hard day's skiing.
